Re: Validity of actions of the Texas Prosecutors Coordinating Council

Dear Mr. Bullock:

In 1977, the Texas legislature enacted article 332d, V.T.C.S., which created the Texas Prosecutors Coordinating Council, defined its powers and duties, and provided for the reprimand, disqualification, or removal from office of prosecuting attorneys for certain reasons.
