In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., defendant L & T Tavern Corp. appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (De Luca, J.), dated November 5, 1981, which granted plaintiffs’ motion to strike said defendant’s answer for its failure to comply with a previous order of the same court.
