MEMORANDUM OPINION

STEPHEN A. STRIPP, Bankruptcy Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

This is the court’s decision on the parties’ motions and cross-motions for summary judgment. The plaintiff in this adversary proceeding, Karen Bezner, trustee for the debtor Midway Inc. (“debtor” or “Midway”), filed a complaint on June 30, 1992 against United Jersey Bank (“UJB”) and numerous other defendants seeking turnover of property of the estate, a determination of the extent, validity and priority of liens, and to enjoin all defendants from proceeding against the accounts receivable of the debtor.
