THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Defendant Yuren Aranda-Diaz’s Motion in Limine to Preclude Government from Introducing His Alleged Statements and Memorandum of Law in Support, filed July 18, 2013 (Doc. 86)(“Motion in Limine”).
