MEMORANDUM OPINION Antawan Robles is a recent high-school graduate who lives with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Disagreeing with the decision of a hearing officer regarding certain aspects of his public-school education, he brings this suit under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, or “IDEA.”
