Larson v. Zabroski

Victor Zabroski executed and delivered June 23, 1930, to Otto Schlegel his promissory note for one thousand dollars, payable June 23, 1933, payment of which note was secured by a first mortgage on certain real property in Tacoma. No payments were made on the note, which was assigned to plaintiffs, who obtained a default judgment against Zabroski January 5, 1944, for the face amount of the note plus attorney's fees.
