Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Monroe County (Alex R. Renzi, J.), rendered February 28, 2013. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.

Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him upon a jury verdict of criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree (Penal Law § 165.40). We reject defendant’s contention in his main and pro se supplemental briefs that Supreme Court (Doyle, J.) abused its discretion…
