THORNBERRY, Circuit Judge:
Carteret Savings Bank, F.A., (“Carter-et”), third-party defendant/appellant, appeals a judgment holding it liable to Alger-non Blair, Inc. (“Blair”), defendant/appel-lee, on Blair’s third-party claim for sums due pursuant to the assignment of a construction contract. We affirm the district court judgment.
