Before the Court is a Motion for Confirmation of Foreclosure Sales and for Additional Or Alternative Relief filed by First Bank of Georgia (“First Bank”). In its motion, First Bank seeks to remove several pending state court confirmation proceedings to this Court, or in the alternative, nunc pro tunc relief from the automatic stay.
