*1681Appeal from a judgment of the Wyoming County Court (Mark H. Dadd, J.), rendered September 5, 2013. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of promoting prison contraband in the second degree.
It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously reversed on the law, the plea is vacated and the indictment is dismissed.
