Petitioner Stella Chukwudumebi Emokah, a native and citizen of Nigeria, seeks review of a June 16, 2005 decision of Immigration Judge (“IJ”) Michael W. Straus denying her applications for a waiver of inadmissibility pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1182(i) 2 and an adjustment of status under 8 U.S.C. § 1255(a). 3 See In re Emokah, No. A 78-470-777 (Imm. Ct.
