State v. Florida State Improvement Commission

MATHEWS, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order validating $7,000,000 of Florida State Improvement Commission Sarasota County Bridge Revenue Bonds.

The record has been carefully examined. The case is controlled by our opinion in the case of State v. Florida State Improvement Commission (Manatee County Bridge Revenue Bonds), 72 So.2d 28, and the authorities therein cited.

Affirmed.
