This matter came before the Court on the emergency motion of Keith L. Phillips, the duly appointed Chapter 11 Trustee for the above-captioned debtors, for entry of a temporary restraining order enjoining McLane Company, Inc., from breaching its obligations under a Distribution Service Agreement dated July 1, 1999, as modified by prior orders of this Court.
