Reversing.

Mrs. Louisa Oliver, then a resident of Kenton county, died on June 22, 1912, the owner of a tract of land with some improvements. In April of that year she executed a will which in pertinent part provided:

“I want Homer to have the house yard and garden and a lot on the east side of the road leading to the barn and I want Homer to have all of my land west-side of the house over to his line running back and including the barn and all the buildings thereon during his life time and I want the remainder of my land divided equally between my…
