MEMORANDUM ORDER

Presently before the Court is a Motion to Quash Order and Dismiss Complaints [sic] to Determine Dischargeability of Debt (“Motion to Quash”), Document No. 12, filed by the Debtor, who is the Defendant in this adversary proceeding. A Response to the Motion to Quash was filed by the Plaintiff, the Pennsylvania Lawyers Fund for Client Security, at Document No. 16 (“PaLFCS”). The Parties have filed briefs and a hearing was held on December 16, 2010. For the reasons that follow, the Court will grant the Motion to Quash, in part, and give the Debtor…
