This was a bill in chancery in the Washington Circuit Court for an injunction exhibited by Andrew J. Laney against Rudolph Jasper.

The bill charges, in substance, that complainant was and had been for several years seised in fee of the north-west quarter of the north-east quarter and of the south-east quarter of the north-west quarter of section twenty-seven in township two, south, in range five west, situate in Washington county, which was inclosed and in cultivation.
