Progress Energy Florida, Inc. (Progress Energy) and several of its employees petition for writ of certiorari to quash an order entered by the Florida Public Service Commission (the Commission). The Commission’s order denied Petitioners’ request to treat certain employee compensation in formation as confidential and exempt from public disclosure under Florida’s Public Records Law.
