Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (initiated in this Court pursuant to CPLR 506 [b] [1]) seeking to prohibit respondent Cortland County Judge from enforcing a discovery order compelling petitioner to disclose, inter alia, a rape victim’s sexual history in an underlying criminal action.
