|2This is an action for personal injuries sustained by an animal control officer who was mauled by defendants’ dog while investigating a complaint of an attack by the dog the day before. Following the trial court’s grant of plaintiffs motion for a partial summary judgment as to the liability of the dog’s owners, the dog’s owners have appealed. For the reasons that follow, we reverse in part, affirm in part, and remand.
