ANDERSON, Circuit Judge.

The defendants, with some thirty others, were indicted for conspiracy to violate sections 3, 6, 21, 25, 26, and 33 of title 2 of the National Prohibition Act (Comp. St. §§ 10138%aa, 10138y2c, 10138%jj, 10138y2m, 10138y2mm, 10138y2t), by possessing, manufacturing, selling, transporting and importing intoxi-ieating liquor, during the period from January 10,1922, to August 7, 1925.
