The complaint of Jesse R. Murrah against the First National Bank of Columbus, the Fourth National Bank of. Columbus, Joseph Walter Blackmon, and Myrtle Claire Blackmon, was dismissed on all grounds of the motions to dismiss and motion to strike of the First National Bank, Joseph Blackmon, and Myrtle Blackmon. The appeal is from this order.
