— This appeal involves matters in controversy between life beneficiaries of trusts set up in the will of Mary Williamson and minor remaindermen of such trusts.
Mary Williamson made a nonintervention will June 7, 1946. She died October 1, 1946. Three adult children, Julia A. Miller, John W. Williamson, and William B. Williamson, survived her. They are the life beneficiaries of the trusts set up in her will.
