Armstrong for feloniously administering, to a woman then pregnant with child, certain drugs and liquids with intent to procure a miscarriage. This was an indictment in the Bock Island Circuit Court against the plaintiff in error for feloniously administering to a woman then pregnant with child, certain drugs and liquids, with intent to procure a miscarriage.
