Plaintiff, Chrysler Credit Corporation, brought this devolutive appeal from a judgment, on a motion for a directed verdict, dismissing their action to recover for damages to a repossessed vehicle from Pennsylvania General Insurance, the collision insurer of the vehicle. Chrysler was the loss payee on the collision insurance policy, issued by Pennsylvania to Richard and Al-vina Ball, providing collision coverage on a 1980 Dodge Omni repossessed from them by Chrysler.
