— This is an information in the nature of a quo ivarranto, filed by the prosecuting attorney of Scotland county, to determine the validity of certain proceedings for the division of a certain school district into two new districts, and to inquire into the right of the persons exercising the offices of school directors in the two school districts formed by such division to hold and enjoy such offices and franchises.
