This is a suit by the plaintiff to recover damages from the defendant company in the sum of $1,500 for personal injuries which she claims to have received when the car in which she was riding with her husband ran into the rear end of a large delivery truck of the defendant company on the Baton Rouge-Hammond Highway about two miles east of Harelson on June 18, 1940, about four o'clock P.M.
