OPINION
STEEL, District Judge.
Before the Court are motions by defendants to dismiss the complaint, as amended (“complaint”), by plaintiff for judgment on the pleadings as to the affirmative defenses, and by plaintiff to dismiss the counterclaim.
The complaint alleges that within the meaning of § 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947, 29 U.S.C. § 185, plaintiff is a labor organization representing employees in an industry affecting commerce and defendants, J.
