This matter came on before me on February 24, 1987, on the motion of Michael Lawrence and Stern, Levine, Lifson & Strauss, P.A. for payment of attorneys fees and costs pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 503(b)(3)(D) and (4).1 This court has jurisdiction to hear this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334, § 157(b)(1) and Local Rule 103(b).
