1 On October 7, 1895, the Pocono Spring Water Ice Company, hereinafter called -the Pocono Company, was incorporated for a perpetual term under the laws of the state of Pennsylvania. On November 1, 1898, it gave to Henry Fulmer a mortgage on its real estate, being its ice plant, to secure the payment of its bond for $25,000 in five years, with interest payable semiannually, and with power of attorney for the entry of judgment on the bond in…
