— This case involves the constitutionality of a special act of the legislature of 1929, Chap. 14,111. A bill was brought to enjoin the law enforcement officers of Hills-borough County from enforcing the provisions of' the act, by the impounding- of cattle and livestock, etc., which act purported to create a no fence district in certain territory in Hillsborough County. The lower court held that the act was constitutional and therefore sustained a demurrer to the bill.
