The plaintiff recovered judgment in the trial court on its petition for $1958.54. Defendants recovered judgment on their counterclaim in the sum of $300, and defendants appealed alleging that error was committed as to the introduction of certain testimony, and especially complained because of the denial of the trial court to permit defendants to open and close the argument to the jury.

We think the court erred in denying the defendants the right to open and close the argument and will reverse the case on that account. With reference to the testimony complained of, on a retrial the evidence as…
