The plaintiff, Ward county, brought this action against the county'auditor and county treasurer, and county commissioners, and the State Bonding Fund, as surety on the official bonds of such county officers, to recover damages for the alleged breach of official duty on the part of such county officers incident to the issuance and delivery of certain refunding bonds of the plaintiff county.
