Appellee, Malvern Pulpwood, Inc., is a wood cutting facility which transports pulpwood by trucks and trailers to commercial mills. Appellant, Great Dane Trailer Sales, Inc. (Great Dane), is in the business of manufacturing and selling a wide variety of trailers. This litigation involves Malvern Pulpwood’s initial purchase from Great Dane of two drop-deck, 65,000 pound weight-rated pulpwood trailers.
