I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiffs Manuel and Luz Fausto move for a protective order under Rule 26(c) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to delay producing recorded telephone conversations until they complete numerous depositions. Defendants Credigy Services Corporation, Credigy Receivables Inc., and Credigy Solutions Inc. (collectively “Credigy”) oppose the motion.
