The County Court of Campbell county having at its November term 1848, rejected the will of Gen. James Taylor, a writ of error was, on the 22d day of March following, sued out from the Campbell Circuit Court by G. W. Berry and R. T. Thornton, as trustees named in *474said will, and on the 12th day of June following, a writ of error was sued out from the same Court in the name of Ward and wife, and Foote and wife, and John E. Harris, both for the reversal of the same order of said County Court rejecting the will. But John E. Harris having died before any of the proceedings in Court, this last writ…
