HUDSPETH, District Judge.
Clovis Carl Green, Jr. is an exceptional case, even in the exotic realm of prisoner litigation. “He may not be in a class by himself, but it doesn’t take long to call the roll.” 1 Perhaps he aspires to the role of a contemporary Robin Hood, fighting the forces of The Establishment.
