Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Connolly, J.), entered June 3, 2016 in Albany County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to, among other things, compel the Department of Corrections and Community Supervision to recalculate the commencement and expiration dates of his period of post-release supervision.
