DIETRICH, District Judge.

Each of these cases was commenced in the state district court for Shoshone county, and upon petition of the defendant was removed to this court, upon the ground of diversity of citizenship; the plaintiffs being residents and citizens of the state of Idaho and the defendant being a corporation organized under the laws of the state of New York.
