Ward, J.), entered on or about September 1, 2011, which denied defendant’s CPL 440.10 motion to vacate a judgment of conviction, same court (Arlene Goldberg, J., at plea; Laura A. Ward, J., at sentencing), rendered March 2, 2000, unanimously affirmed.
