In this matter the executors of the last will and testament of the deceased have petitioned for a judicial settlement of their accounts; all parties interested in the estate have been cited and Samuel W. Havens, one of the children of the deceased, has appeared. The executors have filed their account showing a balance of $5,391.59 in their hands, subject only to the commissions of the executors and the expense of this accounting.
