Nathan F. Wolfe, the plaintiff, brought a suit for damages against the Georgia Railway & Electric Company. The defendant filed a general demurrer on the ground that no cause of action was alleged, and the court below sustained it. This, judgment is brought to this court for review; and the question, to be determined is,- does the plaintiff’s petition set out a cause of action?
