MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

In this action, Defendants seek a stay of proceedings pending resolution of litigation in the Eastern District of New York or, alternatively, request that the Court conduct a scheduling and ease management conference pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 16 prior to requiring Defendants to file a responsive pleading.
