The plaintiffs shipped, at Seeley Creek, in the state of New York, over the lines of defendant company and connecting carriers, to Vanderbilt, Pennsylvania, a horse, buggy and grading outfit. The buggy and grading outfit were placed in one end of a box car and the horse, which was in charge of, an agent of the plaintiffs, in the other end of the same car.
