This is a bill in equity brought by the complainant against the respondent, alleging:
1. That the complainant on the first day of November, 1898, bought of the respondent by warranty deed, the real estate described in the first paragraph of the bill.
2. That at the time of the purchase, the real estate described in the bill with other real estate belonging to the respondent adjacent thereto and forming a part thereof, had been platted by the respondent into house lots; that the plat entitled “Conimicut Plat, Warwick, R. I., the property of Josiah A. Whitman, 1875,” showed certain streets…
