in a memorandum as follows: I agree with the majority that Supreme Court correctly determined that petitioner acted in good faith reliance on a building permit, which was revoked after completion of the work for which the permit was sought, in proceeding with and completing the construction project. I also agree that Supreme Court, upon making that finding, properly annulled the resolution of respondent Board of Standards and Appeals (BSA) denying petitioner’s application for an area variance.
