This is an action brought to recover á refund for'certain taxes claimed to have been yoid and to have been involuntarily paid. The petition contains three causes of action. Haarmann Vinegar & Pickle Company was inter- , ested in the first cause of action only, and from tlie judgment entered on that cause of action, no appeal has been taken, and that company is no longer interested in the case.
