delivered . the opinion of the court:

The first inquiry in this cause is as to the quantity and character of the estate which Mrs. Robinson is entitled to under the last will and testament of her father, William M. Randolph, in the eighty acres of land described in the second item as Eanlock. The Circuit Judge decided that the legal estate is vested in the executrix, and that such executrix is charged by the will with the duty of improving, the land and making such disposition thereof, with the advice and direction of J. J. Daniel, as will vest the use in Mrs. Robinson during her life. This…
