Before us is a consolidated appeal from the dismissal of two divorce complaints filed by the plaintiff,1 and from the denial of her motion for reconsideration.
The initial divorce complaint (and the defendant’s counterclaim for divorce) was dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction pursuant to the defendant’s oral motion, lodged on the first day of trial.
