MEMORANDUM OPINION1

Plaintiff Steven Parker (“Mr. Parker”) brings this action under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) *1270(2006), Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act. He seeks review of a final adverse decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (“Commissioner”), who denied his application for application for disability, disability insurance benefits (“DIB”), and Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”).2 Mr. Parker has timely pursued and exhausted his administrative remedies available before the Commissioner.
