Rochester & Pittsburgh Goal Co. (Employer) appeals from the order -of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (Board) dated October 14, 1982, which affirmed the referee \s .award of compensation for partial disability to John Levita (Claimant) -and dismissed the Employer’s appeal.
